打错了，应该是“巡回演唱会”用英文该怎样表达？

我在设计一件演唱会的衣服，请教外籍同事“巡回演唱会”这么翻译成英文，他说英语里没有这样的表达方式？

有的，我记得电影《飓风营救》里面，特工爸爸发现了女儿骗了自己去追巡回演唱会，现在一下子想不起来这么说了。
