New hardware was delivered at 1/13/12 at 1am pst, copying of files started at 3am pst (12/13/12 11:45am pst)
still waiting on hardware (1/12/12 6:30pm pst)
another 24hours required before new server is provisioned (1/12/12 2:40pm pst)
new server is being provisioned (1/12/12 9:30am pst)
hardware failure, moving to new server, may take a day or two (1/12/12 8:15am pst)
