The tiltle of my paper is The Impact of Cultural Differences between English-speaking Countries and China on International Business Negotiation. I choose this as my topic due to the following reasons. Firstly，I am interestred in the study of cultural differences. Secondly, since the economy of China is developing rapidly with the increasing globalization of world trade. Business relationship between China and western countries has become more and more frequent. Chinese will unavoidably meet with a great deal of international busniness negotiation.The cultural difference has become a key factor in these negotiations. For the above facts, I choose this topic as the title of my paper.
In this thesis, I firstly point out the main cultural differences between China and western countries at present. Then in later parts the impact of these differences on international business negotiation will be analyzed. Finally, I put forward proper policies to correctly deal with the conflicts in intercultural business negotiations, so as to promote the economic and trade development between China and Western countries.
Since cultural differences greatly influence the international business negotiation, only through a better understanding of the impact of differences between westerners and us, can we bridge the gap between our own culture and western culture. Therefore the study on the impact of cultural difference is the key factor in leading to a successful negotiation.
