What's your definition about foreigners?

In this case, foreigners are not native Chinese. They are people born elsewhere. In particular I am interested in corresponding with other adults in English on various topics. There may be Chinese who speak English and are thus interested. I am limited in my Chinese and so prefer to communicate in English. Perhaps I am in the wrong forum and should look elsewhere, as most of the posts here on Baidu are in Chinese; fair enough, this is China after all.

Hello, where in China do you live?
I live in the Netherlands and am currently looking for a job in Shanghai or Nanjing.I will come live there in July at the earliest, provided I find a job in time :) At the moment i'm finishing my Master thesis and working part-time.
I'm interested in talking with foreigners as well, let me know if you are still interested.
