散步的步骤:
1、由于吃完晚饭不久,肠子里有东西,包裹肠子的肠系膜的神经会在剧烈运动中牵拉导致疼痛,于是最开始采用快走模式。速度请参考慢跑。大约七八圈(每圈400米)。
2、这时,肠系膜已经不再疼痛,开始直道跑弯道走模式。约四五圈。
3、妈妈大人还想再跑,小的实在体力不支,重新转换为快走模式。间或掺杂一些例如双手在身前身后交替击掌、高抬腿的运动模式。约两三圈。
