Santiago Chile Concert Review
http://rocknvivo.com/2013/07/10/big-noize-en-chile-rock-n-roll-entre-amigos/A party full of rock was that was experienced on Tuesday night. Big Noize, the band created by the legendary drummer Vinnie Appice (Black Sabbath, Heaven & Hell, DIO, Kill Devil Hill), in the form of autotributo and which have gone through various iconic figures of the genre - those who interpret the hits of bands which have been members - was presented to nearly two thousand people who enjoyed a night of great success at the Teatro Caupolicán.
The Chilean/Argentinian SCL ROCK, relatively new band within the Chilean musical scene, gave the go before the main show. Interpreting themes of his plate debut more want, managed to heat engines with its rock "biker", reviewing topics such as "Bonsai boy", "Alma Vieja" and the rabid "old whore" (billed as "in vein" Skid Row). Correct presentation which, however, managed only motivate the first rows. Perhaps his name was not well known to the public.
When the San Diego campus was dark - at 21:20 hours, heard the intro "E5150", from the album Mob Rules (1981) Black Sabbath and in which Vinnie Appice debuted in the sticks with the monsters of Birmingham. She followed "The Mob Rules", which gave the concert started. This new incarnation of Big Noize, Sebastian Bach (Skid Row) on vocals, who showed his vocal quality, input more with George Lynch (Dokken) guitar and Phil Soussan on bass (Ozzy, Vince Neil) left clear immediately overwhelming power and the whole fiato.
"We are very happy to be in your beautiful country," he says in good Spanish Bach, who was as always very communicative with the audience. Then came "I Don't Know" Ozzy, led by Lynch guitar and the palms of the public and then "Kicking & Screaming," eponymous subject of the latest album of Bach who came by surprise and in fact is second time that is heard in Chile, after the passage of the musician in April 2012. The discharge continued with "Into the Fire" Dokken - from his classic album Under Lock & Key (1985) - a delight for fans of heavy metal and which was obviously led by Lynch (who touched it with a cigarette in his mouth).
