时装周之前出的新访谈。可能是因为今年接到了dior homme这支大广告，所以拿了维也纳的年度模特奖，还出了两个访谈。
Gerhard Freidl was scouted in 2007 on the subway in Vienna and soon after shot the Costume National SS08 Eyewear campaign.
His first editorial was for FHM Collections Germany followed by his second major ad campaign for D&G by Mario Testino.
Gerhard’s success run didn’t stop there; he has also fronted campaigns for Benetton, ASOS, Gucci, Z Zegna, Converse and most recently Dior Homme (SS13).
Whilst his editorial credits include V Man, GQ Italia, Sense, Numero Homme, GQ Style Germany, Dansk, Citizen K, Twist, Slurp, WAD and Viktor magazine.

Do you have any Guilty Pleasures?: I am addicted to coffee and pistachios, I guess. Of course not simultaneously.
What is your biggest fear?: That there won’t be a life after death. To fade into “nothing”. I think that is a scary vision.
What is your dream country to visit?: Hawaii
If you were not modeling, what would you be doing?: I once wanted to work as a diplomat.
If you got to relive one day in your modeling career it would be…: The first day I went intothe agency in Vienna. I had no clue what this business was all about. That was really exciting.
If you could be on the cover of any magazine, it would be: Vogue
What’s the funniest thing that has happened to you on a shoot?: A model once fainted during a shoot. Of course not funny in the beginning, but we all laughed later about it because he fell on a cake, placed on the table for the buffet!
What’s your favorite fashion city and why?: I really can’t tell. NY, Paris, London, those cities are so different, can’t compare.
Who are your idols?: Eddie Vedder, Josh Homme, Ralph Fiennes, Daniel Day Lewis, Stephen Hawking, I get inspired by so many different people.
One word to describe yourself: Inpatient
How much money would you need to shave your hair off? 1 Billion! taxfree! In cash! £ preferred….. I always wanted to know what it feels like to take a bath in a golden bathtube…….
