Circulatory system is a vascular network. It delivers nutrients and other necessary components to the body cells and takes the waste away . The heart is a pump that enables the blood circulation within the vascular network . Blood flows into two upper chambers ( atria ) and out of the heart from two lower chambers ( ventricles ). After leaving the left ventricle, blood flows into the body ( called circulation ). While the blood which leaves right ventricle flows into the alveolar for oxygenation ( called pulmonary circulation ). When leaving the left ventricle, blood flows through tthe most thick artery of the body——the aorta. After branching from the heart, the aorta begins branching into smaller arteries , which continues branching until the distribution is throughout the body.

A 55 -year-old male was hospitalized in our hospital.
