It’s easy to register for Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) in just three steps.
1.Find an exam centre.
Choose from over 1,400 exam centres in 117 countries.
Use our online search to find an exam centre near you
2.Contact your local exam centre.
They can give you details about registering for your exam, costs and preparation courses.
3.Choose when and how you take your exam.
There are monthly test dates, and you can register for your exam as little as one week before taking it.

    How much does the exam cost?
    The cost of the exam depends on which country you take it in.
    In many countries, the exam costs significantly less than other international English language exams. Your local test centre will tell you more.

      How soon should I register for my exam?
      We want candidates to perform well and do their best, so we always advise them to book their exam well in advance, so they have plenty of time to prepare.
      However, if you need to take your exam quickly, there are dates throughout the year, and you can register as little as one week before a computer-based exam.
