Apologies - I've been out with the blight for the last couple of days, so only got the news late last night.
Here's what happened:
We chose to incrementally update some of the store code towards the new pack mechanics we've been discussing for awhile.
This update was not supposed to have any impact to existing functionality, however it did have an issue we didn't detect and resolve until Fr33Info posted.
Essentially - since a silent server update at around noon Pacific time yesterday (THU 9/3), the store was not tracking/incrementing guarantee counters.
Meaning if you purchased a WoT pack, it wasn't counting towards your 6th pack guarantee nor was it triggering if you hit that 6th pack (or exceeded it).
Any WoT Pack purchases between this time period (noon Pacific THU 9/3 and Fr33Info's post ~6pm Pacific) - did NOT count towards your 6th pack guarantee.
After this time period, guarantees were incremented correctly but we could not count the ones during the outage period.
We're working with CS to determine how we're going to handle issues regarding this - and CS will handle each ticket individually with you, as affected players.
Our apologies for this issue - as part of the resolution, we'll extend the WoT offering 1 week longer than originally anticipated - meaning it will run until the new release on October 8th, 2015.
