放射性检测仪器的照片,合格证书或者校准证书。Pictures of the radiation detector,the calibration certificate or qualified certificatewhich can show us the radiation detector is well operated.
ISO9001质量管理体系或者 RIOS体系等认证证书彩色复印件。The ISO9001 quality management system or RIOS system and other relevantauthentication certificates’ color photocopy.

建立合作关系
递交资料，经过我公司初审
我公司做申请资料，时间为2周
递交总局经过内部预审，时间为1-2周
预审通过，正式网络申报，5-10个工作日会通过初审
总局专家组审核，时间为1-2个月
审核完毕，发函给ISO机构确定文件真实性
回函完毕，审批流程，局长和副局长签字同意发证
邮寄证书。
