Idle States
Idle States (C-states) are used to save power when the processor is idle. C0 is the operational state, meaning that the CPU is doing useful work. C1 is the first idle state, C2 the second, and so on, where more power saving actions are taken for numerically higher C-states. （空闲态即C态，是用来表示CPU空闲时用以节省功耗的状态。C0是操作态，表明CPU正在积极运转，C1是第1个空闲态，C2是第2个空闲态，以此类推，数值越高越节省功耗。）
查参数1240V2 不支持 idle states，与待机功耗省电有关。
其它E3都支持，甚至低端赛扬也支持，就这个CPU不支持。
