前几天我的ns丢了（同样适用于机器返修换新的）账号不能解绑的话，之前的数字版游戏就白买了。我来跟大家介绍一个解绑的方式，亲试有效，我的电子版游戏又都回来了，哈哈。北京时间晚上10点到次日上午10点都可以跟官网客服聊天沟通。整个过程10分钟就能搞定。
1.上任天堂官网，我上的是英文官网。原谅我用了谷歌翻译，哈哈。首先把网页拉到最底下，找到支持，点选如下：

2.然后进入页面，接着选择“联系我们”，如下：

3.然后按照如下选择：

4.之后选择右下角的“聊天”选项
5.然后按照提示填上对应信息：系统序列号就是丢的ns的序列号

6.提交后，就可以与客服聊天啦，以下是我们的聊天记录，有需要的同学可以把需要的对话复制过去就好：

7.然后你丢失的ns账号就可以解绑了，用新买的ns登录，以前买过的电子版游戏又可以下载啦。虽然不能继承之前的记录，但还是很开心。
