On live, when you create a call, changing the Case Status to “Closed” acts as pressing “Save”. On 13.1.02, when you create a call, changing the Case Status to “Closed” does not save any changes, you have to then press the “Save” button. There shouldn’t have been any change to functionality here.
On 13.1.02, when you create a call without a sub-issue and change the case status to “Closed” (and press save, which the user shouldn’t have to do as described above), the sub-issue prompt is presented correctly, however the Case Status is changed to “Open”. I enter the sub-issue and press save, then have to close the call again.The Case Status should remain “Closed”.
