如何观照、反省、引导自己的念头呢?就是要随时随地观照、反省、引导自己的念头,使其不仅与自己所处的五种入流之人的心的层面相应,而且要超越自己所处的层面。例如,若是在能人层面,就要不仅观照、反省、引导自己的念头是德才兼备志存高远的能人之心的念头,而且必须要求自己的念头是在厚德载物自强不息的君子之心乃至自利利他胸怀天下的贤人之心的标准上。因为在心上下功夫,就是要提升心灵品质,从而开发心灵宝藏,更好地主宰行为作用。
1. 随时观照自己的念头是净化心灵的基础
起心动念处也叫“觉照处”。随时随地向内觉照,就是观照。净心功夫的高低,首先体现在观照能力的高低。净化心灵的基础就是要随时随地观照自己的念头,一天之中大约有上万个清晰的念头,要判别哪些是好的念头、哪些是不好的念头、哪些是更好的念头。

Because working on Xin is to build the inner character to uncover inner treasures and better dominate the action-forces.
1.Observing our thoughts at any time is the foundation of purifying Xin
The place where thoughts and intentions arise is also called “the point of introspection.” Whenever and wherever we look within and examine ourselves is what we call observation. Our ability to purify Xin is first and foremost reflected in our ability to observe. The foundation of purifying Xin is to observe thoughts any time and any where. We have more than 10,000 clear thoughts every day, so we need to determine which are the good ones, which are the bad ones and which are the even better ones.

读诵《文化自信与民族复兴》让我感受最深的就是:自己的抱怨和恶念,会伤害他人,更会伤害自己;念念向善,既利益他人,也利益自己。
回想从小到大,我一直抱怨我的父母、家人、朋友和同学。我反省自己为什么会这样,突然想到从小到大自己的那颗心都坚硬无比,所有的爱、关怀、真诚和体贴都进不去。我发现从小到大我对别人的抱怨,都结成了厚厚的网,把我的那颗心层层锁住。我越是抱怨,那个网越厚,阳光越是照不进去。这些抱怨和不好的念头伤害了最亲的人,最终却是伤害了自己。
我突然很开心,我找到了给自己治病的良方,我要接纳一切的不如意,因为那都是自己不好的言语和行为返回来的,自此念念都是呵护与祝福,这就是行为作用与反作用以及种瓜得瓜种豆得豆啊!
