POWER SYSTEM
The Power system (Ron Klinger) is based on a forcing 1C opening (11+ HCP) and a 17-20 HCP 1NT opening.
The 1D, 1H and 1S opening all show a 5card suit. Power knows 2 special responses to opening bids:
• 2C: 10-12, invite without 4M (opener rebids 2D with any minimum)
• 2D: 13+, any GF
Responder’s 2nd round 2C bid is also an artificial game try with 10-12 points.
The final aspect of Power is that after a GF and a major fit is established, the cheapest NT bid is RKCB (Roman Key Card Blackwood).

力量体系
力量体系（朗.克林格）是基于逼叫1C开叫（11P+）和 17-20P开叫1NT的体系。
1D、1H和1S开叫都显示一个5张套，有两个特别应叫：
-2C：10-12P，没有4张高花的邀请（开叫方再叫2D是任意低限）；
-2D：13P+，逼局。
应叫方第2轮叫2C也是约定有10-12P试局。
最终方向是在逼局或高花配合被确定后，最便宜叫NT是RKCB（罗马关键张问叫）。

这是澳大利亚著名牌手、作家朗.克林格设计的叫牌体系，和我们的ZR51CF体系有些相似。
