历史背景
Following theend of the Fourth Zhili-Fengtian war in 1927, Emperor Aisin-Gioro Puyi wasrestored to the throne in Beijing as a condition of Germany’s support for WuPeifu and the Zhili Clique. The new government is technically a constitutionalmonarchy, with Puyi sharing power with a National Assembly in Beijing.Nominally composed of representatives from all of China, only the area aroundBeijing and the North China Plain frequently send representatives. Warlordcliques hostile or ambivalent to Beijing's rule, like Yan Xishan, do notparticipate for various reasons , while the Fengtian government holds its ownelections.
伴随着1927年第四次直奉战争落下帷幕，作为德国支持吴佩孚和其直系的一部分，溥仪在北京复辟。理论上讲，新一届大清政府是君主立宪制政府，溥仪与北京的国民议会（NationalAssembly）分享权力。尽管国民议会名义上由全国五湖四海的代表组成，然而事实上只有北京周边和华北平原地区的代表经常出席。军阀派系们对北京的统治怀有敌意或者说矛盾情绪，比如说阎锡山：他每每出于各种原因不参加选举，而奉天政府（Fengtiangovernment）则举行自己的选举。

Despitethe pretenses of democratic legitimacy and a benevolent, irenic monarch, WuPeifu truly controls Beijing and its environs. Ruling through his two proxies,Cao Kun in the Assembly and Puyi on the throne, he has consolidated his ruleover much of Northern China. Yet this grip is sliding as the Empire enters1936, facing massive international debt, and internal and external securitythreats.
尽管吴佩孚打着民主合法性和仁慈，大公无私之君主的幌子，但他实实在在地控制着北京及其周边地区。通过其两个代理人-国民大会的曹锟和皇位上的溥仪，吴巩固了对中国北方大部分地区的统治。然而随着帝国步入1936年，这种控制力正日渐衰弱。吴的政府面临着巨额国际债务，以及国内外的安全威胁。

Political Parties政党
Before gettinginto the gameplay for the Qing I want to do a brief overview of Qing’spolitical parties. A note though - the ideology system we have in place isquite Eurocentric, and while it does a good job simulating European-stylepolitical systems, it runs into issues once you get to east Asia. For instance,the Yiguandao being natpop doesn’t imply that they’re crypto-fascists - therejust isn’t really any other place to put them.
在介绍大清国的游戏内容前，我想简要说一下大清的政党。不过要注意的是：我们现有的意识形态体系是以欧洲诸国为中心的，虽然它很好地模拟了欧洲风格的政治体系，但一旦照搬到东亚，就会遇到问题。例如：一贯道（Yiguandao）被设置为国家民粹主义并不意味着他们是秘密的法西斯主义宗社-只是因为真的没有其他地方可以安置他们。
With that out ofthe way - onto the parties. The three leftist parties are largely irrelevant,and can never come to power. A few events will deal with them but most leftistsin China are either imprisoned or have fled south to the fledgling KMT.

The SocialDemocrats represent the New ChineseEmpire Reform Association. While using the name of a pre-Xinhaireformist group, the NCERA is actually an alliance of two, more modern, reformgroups. The first is the Rural Reconstruction Party (RRP), lead by LiangShuming and the Harvard and Princeton educated J.C. “Jimmy” Yen. Favoringrebuilding China from the ground-up, this group emphasizes the value of thetraditional Chinese village as the basic building block of society, rebuildingthe rural infrastructure shattered by decades of intermittent warfare. Thesecond part of the coalition is a loose group of intellectuals inspired by theworks of Kang Youwei, an ambitious reformer of the late Qing dynasty whoadvocated for a constitutional monarchy. Following the restoration of Puyi, hisworks have come back into prominence, and are popular among middle-class urbanintellectuals. The NCERA want to see an end to warlords and foreign influencein China, and a return to a ‘traditional’ style of decentralized local rule.
社会民主主义政党为新中华帝国改革协会（NCERA，New Chinese Empire Reform Association）。虽然使用了前辛亥改革派的名称，但实际上是两个更现代化的改革组织的联盟。首先是乡村重建党（RRP，Rural Reconstruction Party），由梁漱溟和毕业于哈佛大学与普林斯顿大学的教育家晏阳初领导。这个群体倾向于从头开始重建中国，强调中国传统村庄作为社会基本组成部分的价值，而不是过去半个世纪主宰中国的军阀集团。联盟的第二个部分是一群组织松散的知识分子，他们受到康有为的影响，后者是一位雄心勃勃的晚清改革家，他主张建立君主立宪制。溥仪复辟后，他的作品重新崛起，深受中产阶级城市知识分子的欢迎。新中华帝国改革协会希望看到军阀统治和外国影响在中国彻底被消灭，并回归到一种权力下放给地方的“传统”统治。

Mechanicallythese two trees, plus another one I’ll be spotlighting next week, have a shared “Zhili” tree, that focus on managinginternal matters in the clique, as well as preparing for the Japanese invasion.

还是跟着扩名堂去山里打游击有前途

kr里中国简直烂的不行了，还不如本位面的kmt，话说到时候日本侵华怎么打？不会是让奉系和大清单挑吧，不然日本扩张太容易了，逐个击破（目前版本基本就是这样了，中国个势力完全没什么抵抗，虽然没本位面日本强，但是扩张容易多了）
