一起来聊聊怎么表达“不开心”
用的比较多，相对比较简单的表达就是：
I'm sad.
我不是很高兴，甚至还有点伤心。
很直白的一种说法了
如果觉得程度没这么深，可以直接说：
I'm unhappy.
反正就是不开心，至于为什么不开心呢，咱也不知道。
这两种说法相对口语化一些
再来说几个书面一点的

I'm in low spirits.
情绪低落、心情不好
spirit：n. 精神；情绪
low spirits“无精打采；沮丧，忧郁”
Friends are those who encourage us when we are in low spirits.
朋友就是在我们失落时鼓励我们的人。
lift sb's spirits：提高（某人）的兴致
Nothing - not even the prospect of dinner - could lift his spirits.
什么都提不起他的兴致，甚至连吃饭也不例外。
反义词：
in high spirits

Everybody was in high spirits at the party last night.

I'm in bad/dark mood.
心情不好
mood：n. 情绪；心境
Your eyes told us that you are in bad mood.

mood相关短语：
①In good mood
好心情
Furthermore, put yourself in good mood.
此外，就是要保持好心情。
②be in one of your moods
表示“又心情不好；又生气”

I have a thin time.
过得很不愉快，很艰难
thin：adj. 薄的；瘦的；微弱的
看到这个短语，就感觉很压抑，不宽敞
have a thin time不仅仅是心情不好，已经严重到日子都不好过了
He's been having a thin time since his accident.
自从发生事故以来他就一直过得不好。

I'm under a cloud.
愁云惨淡
cloud：n. 云；阴云
是有多倒霉，头上总有一片乌云
be under a cloud主要有两个意思：
①不被信任，受怀疑；不受欢迎
②沮丧，忧郁；处境困难
Something must be missing if you're still under a cloud.
如果你还是闷闷不乐，那肯定是还有什么问题！

形容“有心事；不悦；忧心忡忡”
Although there was a cloud hanging over my future, i found, to my surprise, that i was enjoying life in the present.
虽然我的未来笼罩在乌云之下，但我还是惊奇地发现，我正在享受着现在的生活。
When you're waiting for an operation, you feel like there's a cloud hanging over you.

I feel so down.
情绪低落
这里的down是形容词
意思是“不高兴的；提不起精神的”
I've been a little bit down this week.
这周我有点情绪低落。
down还可以做名词，比如
have a down on sb
就表示“不喜欢…，对…有偏见”
Why do you have a down on him? I think he seems really nice.
你为什么不喜欢他？我觉得他非常不错。

I feel blue.
心情郁闷
blue：adj. 忧郁的，悲观的
歌词里都唱了：灰色是不想说，蓝色是忧郁
在西方婚礼中，有这样的习俗：
早在维多利亚时代就有这样的说法，多数新娘会在婚礼上穿戴一些被认为能带来好运的物件，其中需要有旧，有新，有借，有蓝。
“Something old, Something new, Something borrowed, Something blue.”
蓝色象征着诚实，纯洁和忠诚。

挑件蓝色的东西吧，求个吉利。

形容人“心灰意冷，气馁”
感受不到心的存在了，这不开心得也太严重了
It puts him quite out of heart.
这使他灰心丧气。

心碎了
伤过的心就像玻璃碎片，万能胶也粘不好的那种
形容词形式是heartbroken，表示“极为伤心的，心碎的”
If she ever left him he would be heartbroken.
如果她一旦离开他，他会心碎的。
