不易解决的火灾蔓延问题

正确设置火源后,周围的物体能否被引燃,当然看温度。
(1)影响温度的是三个参数,导热系数、比热和密度,规律是导热系数越大、比热和密度越小,温度升高越快。
(2)达到热解温度后,还需要“正确”设置热解参数,设置方法有两种:
a. 在SURF中设置HRRPUA,这是使用者控制物体的热解速度;
b. 在MATL中设置热解参数,这是由FDS自动计算热解速度,可以设置参考温度或者设置指前因子A和活化能 E,不可两者同时设置。
注意:a和b不能同时设置,否则会报错。
正确设置导热参数和热解参数后,也不见得能正确引燃,FDS计算的引燃速度总是比实际慢,原因是比如你模拟海绵(FOAM)的燃烧,这种材料燃烧速度实际是挺快的。可是FDS模拟的结果比实际慢,因为比如你设置的厚度(THICKNESS)是0.1m,导热是按0.1m计算的。可是,大家知道海绵是有泡的,实际其导热的厚度只有0.1mm,这区别就大了。可能你说我把厚度设置成0.1mm,热解速度上去了,生成的可燃气体变成实际的千分之一了。
但愿你不要再问为什么不引燃周围的物体了,这么多参数呢,模拟与现实的差异还是挺大的。
长期从事模拟的,还得从燃烧学和火灾动力学学起,不要认为能建模型,会用Pyrosim就行了。

          大佬,请问我burner的HRRPUA设到了3MW ,建立了材质为burner的Vent在塑料物品表面,塑料的HRR设的是查阅的200左右,但是运行了300s温度一直上不去是什么原因?
