My research group has two fully funded Ph.D. and one Post-doc positions at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Illinois at Chicago. The preferred research areas include Power Systems and Coordination with Power Electronics, Distributed Energy Systems, Wide-area Protection and Cybersecurity, bigdata applications in power systems, machine learning, HVDC Control and Operation, Renewable Energy Integration, and Power System Modeling and Analysis.
