我是昆士兰科技大学（QUT）建筑与建筑环境学院在读博士生，现在需要招聘6名在上海，具有本科及以上学历的志愿者，主要任务为收集问卷。每位志愿者将获得1k。此外，参与本项目将是您学术CV中一段极有分量的科研经历，尤其是如果您打算申请博士或者CSC，参与博士级科研将对您的申请十分有益。
项目名称为：探索居住环境如何影响中国持续护理退休社区中老年人的幸福感。本项目已经通过QUT人类研究伦理委员会的批准，编号为4524。下文将详细介绍志愿者招聘条件，志愿者任务，志愿者奖励金及其他获益，以及QUT人类研究伦理委员会的批准证明。
（一）志愿者招聘条件
1.现居上海或可前往上海
2.本科及以上学历
（二）志愿者任务
1.在指定社区收集问卷
2.在社区外街道放置二维码广告牌，引导居民扫码填写问卷星电子问卷
3.在2个月内收集至少150份电子问卷
4.回答受访者关于本问卷的咨询和疑惑，或者您联系我向受访者进一步解释
（三）志愿者奖励金及其他获益
1.您将获得总价1k的任意物品的报销（您需要提供发票），分两次提供：达成合作协议后报销500rmb，完成任务后报销剩余500。
2.报销您使用公共交通的路费，及购置的必要设施，如广告牌等。
3.为您的学术CV增加一项有份量的科研经历，这十分有益于博士申请及CSC申请
4.可学习一种研究方法：贝叶斯网络（BNs），初步了解博士论文

Volunteer Recruitment Letter （English Version）Subject Title: Exploring how the living environment (LE) affects the well-being of the elderly in the Chinese continuing care retirement community (CCRC)
Dear volunteers,
My name is Xuechun Wang from the School of Architecture and Built Environment, Faculty of Engineering, Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and I’m doing a PhD into the CCRC (continuing care retirement community).
I would like to invite undergraduate students or graduate students who currently live in Shanghai to participate in collecting electronic questionnaires in the designated Shanghai community (CCRC).
1. Volunteers are required to be undergraduate or graduate students currently living in Shanghai.
2. Volunteers are required to collect electronic questionnaires in designated communities.
3. Each volunteer is required to collect at least 150 electronic questionnaires within 2 months and report progress to the researchers every week.
4. All necessary equipment for questionnaire collection will be provided by the researcher, such as chairs, billboard etc.
5. Volunteers will be rewarded with supermarket or store vouchers worth 1000RMB (the premise is that the supermarket and store can provide researcher invoices). Rewards will be distributed to volunteers in two batches. When the volunteer and the researcher reach a cooperation agreement, the volunteer will receive the first reward, which is a supermarket or store voucher worth 500 RMB. After the volunteer completes the questionnaire collection task, the volunteer will receive a second reward, which is a supermarket or store voucher worth 500RMB
