So my account got locked due to not having CN mainland ID, sent an email to mHY and it seems that they don't respond to my email...
I know there's QQ for direct customer service but I only use 微信 so can't contact them that way...
Does anyone know how fast they can respond to an email? (you can type in CN if don't know English)
