mHY not responding to emails?

So my account got locked due to not having CN mainland ID, sent an email to mHY and it seems that they don't respond to my email...
I know there's QQ for direct customer service but I only use 微信 so can't contact them that way...
Does anyone know how fast they can respond to an email? (you can type in CN if don't know English)

                          邮件回复米忽悠很慢的，如果你只是想要通过防沉迷验证的话通过进入大陆网区，搜索“身份证号码”这几个词就可以找到相关的信息，填入后即可通过防沉迷验证（mihoyo's mail reply is very slow.
