3. When processing a refund, please bring the refund bank card information (household owner's name, card number, and account opening bank name). To avoid overcrowding, it is recommended to send one student from each graduate dormitory to handle refund services.
Note: Due to the time required for processing the refund process, the fee will be refunded in full before July 10, 2023.
