由浙江省文化和旅游厅、浙江音乐学院、杭州市西湖区人民政府主办，杭州市西湖区“艺创小镇”、浙江音乐学院艺术处、奥地利“环球音乐出版社”、浙江省文艺创研中心承办的2023杭州现代音乐节“艺创奖”国际室内歌剧比赛决赛将于2023年10月15日在浙江音乐学院拉开帷幕。
