通过修改不同时代的BUFF,调节平衡性和数据膨胀问题。

主要是想通过修改不同时期(部落时期,中世纪时期,晚期中世纪时期)的BUFF,来调节一下游戏的平衡性和各种参数数据膨胀的问题。用于CK3。
现分享一下,可以直接复制进你的该文件里,记得备份,可能中文备注对游戏有影响,复制后可以删掉。
