7. Bulk LC is required with partial LC payment for each party
8. Initial party shall be 5,000 tons followed by 10 -20.000 tons per month
9. Required to fill out 4forms to lodge a request to buy
forms are:
a. Request for purchase with company name, official representative
b. Buyer's letter confirming purchase to be dedicated only for own use not for military purpose or re-sale to other countries
c. Bank confirmation letter providing details of Buyer
d. Irrevocable request ICPO 10. To confirm your intention you have to submit the LOI, company certificate and bank reference stating that you have at least 45 million USD balance which is for the first shipment lot of 20,000 tons 11.
