I am sorry to hear that you were not able to obtain the Idris before it sold out. Due to their rarity, only the allocated stock of the limited ships can be made available and are not available through Concierge Service or Support.
Please remember that during these limited sale waves that there is hundreds, possibly thousands of individual players like yourself who are passionate about that particular pledge all trying for it at once. With very limited stock for each wave, these ships and ship packages are pledged for very quickly. As we have included during every promotion, ships are not 'reserved' by adding them to your cart, only a fully completed order will secure the ship.
