Power station staff comply with specifications and job content The member of starting up machine :①Everyday you must check every machine such as water temperature, oil temperature, engine oil pressure and check viscosity room oil pressure, viscosity,temperature that turn on the water from oil tank with two side boiler in the morning and evening.Evey 1 hour you need check machine and viscosity room at least. ②First you need blowing .you must keep engine oil pressure pass 0.05Mpa at least when you start up machine.then you need check governor oil ,turbarcharge oil generator oil and See whether the water out .you should open and see indicator valve whether the air out one by one. then you need look around machine whether leaking oil or water and so on when the speed arrived 300.waiting one minute to add up speed 400 ,you need check again after you make the speed rise 500.then you need wait engine oil temperature to pass 40 degree .then you can switch on it. The last you change black oil .If critical situation, you just check engine oil pressure, water outlet ,generator oil. If they are normal, you can add up speed 500 directly and switch on it.③when you are working, you need touch the water outlet piping to feel the water temperature. If the meter temperature low to 38 degree, you should off water tower fan .Conversely, you need switch on it. ④when you check viscosity room, you need look carefully. If differential pressure is less than 0.01Mpa , you need wash filter.the best pressure keep 0.2Mpa to 0.3Mpa range. If pressure low 0.3Mpa, you need make pressure valve. the best viscosity keep 7 to 12 range. If viscosity too low, you should close the to close steam valve to reduce steam so that arise viscosity. Conversely, you need open steam valve and close the boiler steam valve of oil tank to reduce viscosity and turn on the boiler water. Writer member: ①you must keep the around machine clean and keep the air bottle full all the time.②otherwise you also need copy the meter and look after machine .last you should add up engine oil. If you find some question, you should tell Master right away. Seperator member: you need promise the machine work normal and turn on the oil tank water on and off duty. Repaired member: everyday repair the badly machine. Cleaner: everyday mop around machine floor and sweep the ground .otherwise moving the garbage. Control room member: you need write and check every machine .you also mop the floor at Monday and thurday. The last: all the members work need notice safe and work hard.
