建构动态稳定结构 Constructing a dynamic robust device.

    新进展:
    在新规则B1S23D1step(http://pan.baidu.com/s/1pL3UX9D)中,存在制造墙的飞船。而且一旦空间的宽度被墙所限制,空间内部的图案就会变得有序。通过工程建构,现在已经可以稳定地复现这一现象。(见存档:http://pan.baidu.com/s/1jHT7yF8 预览
    )
    可能目标:
    1.构建二维的砌墙者,以期同时限制高度和宽度
    2.赋予墙一定的移动性
    总的来说这将会是比较工程学的一次尝试,以期证明低熵自组织可以自我生殖。

          鉴于23/2/8的平均寿命都比较短,暂时准备拿它当实验品。
          这个跟Nathaniel煮的torus汤用的方法比较相似,区别仅在于我用的torus是上下封闭两头相通的空间(一维联通),理论上会跟二维联通的torus有一些区别,可以看到在趋向100%时的下降并不与左侧的上升对称。每个标本内部的多样性用标准差(stdev)来衡量,在左侧和右侧分别有一个峰值,可以定义为相变点(point of phase transition,PT点)。
          暂时没有确认在B3/S23中是否存在相似的相变点。

          下图为二维联通内部的情况,看起来拓扑性质没对形状产生大影响。

                @Bz_______,这个是标准差的收敛情况,可以看到有明显的浮动也就是我说的污染,但是除去污染的话收敛的还是很快的

                  改了脚本以后的情况,绿色和蓝色,可以看到在中间的稳定部出现了明显的锯齿状纹路,可能是我的脚本对torus的支持还是不够好。
