Hello GlamMetal-Heads! I'm very happy to announce that Mark Slaughter is here to talk with GlamMetal.com for the very first time!
If you're an 80's/90's metal fan and just loved many of the songs and bands that emerged from that era, then the chances are pretty good that most of you probably like the band Slaughter. Whether it was their catchy, highly melodic, guitar driven songs such as "Up All Night," and "Burning Bridges," or their power ballads like, "Fly To The Angels," and "Love Is Forever," there's no denying the impact that their songs have made on so many fans of this genre.
Mark Slaughter is certainly still around, and he doesn't plan to go anywhere anytime soon. The singer/songwriter/guitarist talks about many things in this interview, and clears up some of those rumors that have been floating around as well. Mark also talks about his involvement with Scrap Metal, which is an all-star band that people are talking so much about these days.
What's that? You've never heard of Scrap Metal? Well, MAYBE I CAN GET YOU SOME ASPIRIN HUH!? Ok, being a Slaughter fan myself, I couldn't refrain myself from writing that! But seriously folks, Scrap Metal is real, it is large, and I'm quite sure that all of you Glam-Metal fans out there will dig the concept of what Scrap Metal represents. So again, I'm stoked to bring you this exclusive interview with the very talented and very funny Mark Slaughter! Enjoy!
