文明天主教廷,争做小小丕平

萌新最近玩游戏的时候经常发现教宗国会被吃掉,然后出现在奇怪的地方,查了下攻略,发现教宗国有秽土转生的能力,但是,我大教宗国这么会讨口子的存在,怎么能这么随意的转生在随随便便的地方呢?
思来想去,萌新决定写点事件和决议,形成一个事件决议树,尽量的复合史实状态和逻辑,来帮助教宗国再(变)次(成)复(宠)活(物)。
